NIA DANCE & YOGA in Brazil May 17-24, 2007
Terri will be providing personal coaching to support self-healing. Coaching is a co-creative process where you are supported in your self-discovery, as well as a safe place to make meaningful actions toward creating the life you want.
Terri will also be providing Reiki attunements to participants. Reiki is an ancient healing art rediscovered in Japan in the 1800's by Dr. Mikao Usui.
Reiki is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy, the ocean of energy which is all around us. Life force flows within the physical body through pathways called meridians and charkas. Reiki clears, strengthens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy natural way.
This week is designed to provide participants a fun atmosphere where you feel safe to explore yourselves to create more space for lightness and joy, to dance in relationship to ourselves, others and nature. You will leave with a feeling of relaxation, clarity and renewed energy to move forward into your life.
Terri lives in Sandpoint, Idaho, where she is a personal coach, a certified Nia White Belt instructor and Reiki Practitioner. She has been practicing Nia for 2 years. wholeness of self and overall lightness of being.. Because of this experience, she wants to share this with you in a natural setting.
The organic plantation is an ideal place to slow down and connect with the earth and our whole selves. Join us for a meaningful and playful week of dance and self-discovery.
The week will consist of daily Nia classes, talks focused around self-healing with the focus on connecting body and emotions. Included will be exercises to increase This has had a profound positive impact on her life encouraging awareness of body, mind, emotion and spirit connectedness. We will take hikes, visit the local town and learn some Brazilian cooking.
